What's Not Covered:

The boat will not be covered under this warranty if the boat owner uses a higher horsepower motor than what is specified and noted by the compliance tag affixed to the boat. It is essential to adhere to the recommended horsepower limits provided by BadRiverBoats to ensure the boat's structural integrity and warranty coverage.
